The Sorensen PLA800-1000-5 is a full rack width, air-cooled programmable DC electronic load designed for high voltage applications. It features an encoder knob, LED metering displays, numeric entry keypad, and illuminated tactile switches on a new front panel for intuitive operation. The unit supports both GPIB IEEE488.2 SCPI and RS232 interfaces for remote control and automation. With a maximum voltage rating of 800V, current up to 15A, and a power capacity of 800W, the PLA800-1000-5 is suitable for testing power supplies, batteries, and other DC sources.
