The Tektronix DPOFT-PWR is a floating trial license that enables advanced power measurements and analysis features on compatible DPO Series oscilloscopes. This license provides access to specialized tools for switching loss, high-power finder, RDS(on), and SOA (Safe Operating Area) analysis, as well as magnetic power quality, harmonics, inrush current, and timing analysis. The floating trial license allows users to evaluate these advanced power analysis capabilities for a limited period, supporting comprehensive power integrity and efficiency testing in power electronics applications. The DPOFT-PWR is intended for evaluation purposes and is compatible with select Tektronix DPO oscilloscopes.
