The FCA3100-HS is a High Stability Oven Oscillator option designed specifically for the Tektronix FCA3100 and FCA3103 Frequency Counter/Analyzers. This factory-installed option replaces the standard timebase with a high stability oven-controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO), significantly improving frequency measurement accuracy and long-term stability. The high stability oscillator provides a typical aging rate of ±0.5 ppm/year and a temperature stability of ±0.01 ppm, making it ideal for applications requiring precise frequency measurements over extended periods. This option is only available at the time of instrument purchase.
