Tektronix Differential PROBE; 20X/200X 100 MHZ DIFFERENTIAL VOLTAGE PROBE
The Tektronix P5202A is a high-voltage differential probe designed for safe and accurate measurement of floating signals and differential voltages. It offers selectable attenuation settings of 20X and 200X, supporting a bandwidth of up to 100 MHz. The probe is capable of measuring differential voltages up to 600 V CAT II (DC + peak AC) and common mode voltages up to 5600 V (DC + peak AC). It is compatible with oscilloscopes having 1 M© input impedance and is powered by an external power supply.
