Tektronix High Voltage Probe: 100 MHz 50X/500X 1.3 kV Differential BNC
The Tektronix P5205A is a high-voltage differential probe designed for safe and accurate measurement of floating signals and differential voltages up to 1,300 V (DC + peak AC) with a bandwidth of 100 MHz. It offers selectable attenuation settings of 50X and 500X, allowing flexibility for a wide range of measurement applications. The probe is compatible with oscilloscopes featuring a standard BNC input and provides a differential input impedance of 40 M© in parallel with 4 pF.
