Tektronix 4 GHz Differential Probe with TekVPI interface
The Tektronix TDP4000 is a 4 GHz differential probe designed for use with TekVPI® probe interface oscilloscopes. It provides high bandwidth and low circuit loading for accurate differential signal measurements in demanding applications such as high-speed serial data, memory, and signal integrity testing. The TDP4000 features a differential input voltage range of ±2 V, a common mode voltage range of ±30 V, and a high input impedance of 100 k© differential. It includes automatic probe recognition and control through the TekVPI interface, ensuring seamless integration and ease of use with compatible Tektronix oscilloscopes. The probe is supplied with a variety of accessories for flexible connectivity.
