The Tektronix THDP0200 is a 200 MHz high-voltage differential probe designed for use with TekVPI" oscilloscope interfaces. It offers a differential voltage measurement range up to 1500 V (DC + peak AC) in the CAT II environment and up to 600 V in CAT III. The probe provides a 1% accuracy and features a low input capacitance of 3.5 pF, minimizing circuit loading. It is ideal for measuring floating signals or signals with a large common-mode voltage, such as those found in power electronics and motor drives. The THDP0200 includes safety-rated accessories and is compatible with a wide range of Tektronix oscilloscopes.
