Tektronix Differential Probe; 400 MHz TekVPI Differential High Voltage Probe
The Tektronix THDP0400 is a 400 MHz high-voltage differential probe designed for use with TekVPI® probe interface oscilloscopes. It offers a differential voltage measurement capability up to 5,600 V (DC + peak AC) and a maximum common mode voltage of 1,500 V CAT II. The probe features selectable attenuation settings (50X/500X), automatic scaling and unit readout with compatible oscilloscopes, and a bandwidth of 400 MHz. The THDP0400 is ideal for applications such as power device characterization, motor drive design, and floating circuit measurements, providing accurate and safe high-voltage differential signal acquisition.
