The Tektronix TIVP1 is a 1 GHz IsoVu" optically isolated differential probe designed for high-speed, high common-mode voltage measurements. It offers 1 GHz bandwidth, 1 M© input resistance, and 1 pF input capacitance, providing precise measurements in environments with up to ±60 kV common-mode voltage.
