The Tektronix TPR4000 is a 4 GHz single-ended power rail probe designed for accurate measurement of high-speed, low-voltage power rails. It features a ±60 V offset range and a low noise floor of 700 µV RMS, enabling precise observation of small ripple and noise signals on DC power rails. The probe is compatible with TekVPI® oscilloscope interfaces, providing seamless integration with supported Tektronix oscilloscopes. The TPR4000 offers a 1 M© input resistance and 50 k© DC input resistance, minimizing loading effects on sensitive circuits.
