Yokogawa Standard Model
The Yokogawa AQ6370E-10 is the standard model of the AQ6370E Optical Spectrum Analyzer series. It offers high wavelength accuracy, wide dynamic range, and fast measurement speed, making it suitable for a variety of optical applications including R&D and production testing of optical devices. The AQ6370E-10 covers a wavelength range of 600 to 1700 nm, features a high resolution of up to 0.02 nm, and provides advanced functions such as side mode suppression ratio (SMSR) measurement, multi-peak analysis, and macro programming. The instrument is equipped with a large, intuitive touchscreen display and supports remote operation via Ethernet or GP-IB interfaces. Its free-space optical input design allows for flexible connection to various optical fibers.
