The Yokogawa DLM5038-F02 is an optional software feature for the DLM5000 Series Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes, specifically designed to enable advanced trigger and analysis capabilities for CAN, CAN FD, and LIN automotive serial buses. This option allows users to decode, trigger, and analyze CAN, CAN FD, and LIN signals directly on the oscilloscope, providing detailed protocol analysis and error detection. The DLM5038-F02 enhances the oscilloscope's utility for automotive and industrial applications by supporting both standard and flexible data-rate CAN protocols, as well as LIN, facilitating efficient debugging and validation of in-vehicle networks. This option is compatible with DLM5038 models and is activated via a software license.
