The DLM5054HD-M2S is a memory expansion option for Yokogawa's DLM5054HD 4-channel mixed signal oscilloscopes. This factory-installed option increases the acquisition memory to selectable depths of 50 M, 250 M, or 500 M points per channel, enabling extended waveform capture and analysis. The expanded memory is particularly beneficial for applications requiring long-duration signal observation or high-resolution zooming into specific waveform segments. This option is compatible exclusively with the 4-channel models of the DLM5000HD Series and must be specified at the time of order.
